Terms of Service

[Archiving] Photo galleries are kept online for 3 months unless stated in your aggreement. Client accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs. Photographer does not permanently archive image files. Client have the option of keeping them online for a $5/month subscription or $40/yearly subscription.

[Clients Usage] The Client is obtaining high resolution JPEGs for personal use only, and shall not sell said digital files or authorize any reproductions thereof by parties other than the Photographer. The Client cannot alter the images. Doing so will compromise the artistic vision of the Photographer and does not accurately represent his work. So please don't apply those awful filters! If Client is posting any images on social media or online, it is appreciated if Client can credit the Photographer Ivan Leung, by tagging the Photographer’s social media profile (IG: CapturedByIvan) or linking to the Photographer’s website (www.capturedbyivan.ca). For the purpose of sharing online, it is advised to download the web resolution to ensure best viewing experience as Facebook and other social media platforms compress high resolution files which can result in images not displaying as intended.

[Copyright] All photographs taken by Ivan Leung are his property, will remain his property and are protected by Canadian Copyright Laws. Client hereby waives any claims for ownership, income, editorial control and use of the images. Violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
